No Return & No Refund Policy

At Tilak Jewellers, we take pride in providing high-quality jewelry. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at tilakjewellers32@gmail.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • All jewelry items, including rings, chains, pendants, bracelets, earrings, and anklets.

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount offers.

  • Gift cards.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if we determine that the product received is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item due to our error. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the claim has been verified.
