  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During festive seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate. Tilak Jewellers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments). We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Tilak Jewellers ships only within India. We may introduce international shipping in the future.
